Rebeckon

Terms of service

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Rebeckon) and Aurient LLC ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Rebeckon lets you manage contacts, design and send marketing emails, run automations and see reports. We may improve or change features over time. During early access some features may change without notice.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us about any unauthorised use.
  • You're responsible for what your team does in your workspace.
  • You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.

How you may use it

You must follow our acceptable use policy: permission-based email only, honest content, and the email and privacy laws that apply to you. New accounts send at a lower daily volume until we've reviewed them.

Your content and data

You own your contacts, designs and content. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and our data processing agreement. You confirm you have the right to use the data you bring in.

Plans and payment

Rebeckon is free during early access. When paid plans start, we'll tell you the prices in advance. You'll only be charged after choosing a plan, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Suspension and ending

You can close your account at any time. We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts our service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When an account is closed, we delete its workspace data after a short grace period.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Rebeckon running and your emails delivered, but the service is provided "as is". We can't guarantee that every email reaches every inbox, or that the service is never interrupted.

Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll tell account owners about important changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA. Questions: hello@rebeckon.com.
