Privacy policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy explains how Aurient LLC ("we") handles personal data for Rebeckon. Questions: hello@rebeckon.com, or write to us at 212 N. 2nd St. STE 100, Richmond, KY 40475.
Two kinds of data
- Your account data. Details about you and your team (names, email addresses, password hashes, business details, billing information). We are responsible for this data.
- Your customers' data. The contacts, events and orders you bring into Rebeckon, and the emails you send them. You decide what to collect and why; we process it only to provide the service on your behalf. For that data, you are the controller and we are your processor.
What we collect and why
- Account and workspace details: to run your account and contact you about it.
- Email activity (deliveries, bounces, complaints, opens, clicks, unsubscribes): to send your emails, keep your list healthy, show your reports, and protect deliverability for everyone.
- Security logs (sign-ins, IP addresses, changes made): to keep accounts safe and investigate abuse.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies. Emails you send may contain a small image and tracked links, so you can see opens and clicks.
Who helps us run the service
- Railway: hosting, database and file storage.
- Resend: email delivery (processed in Tokyo, Japan).
- Stripe: payments, once paid plans start (we never see full card numbers).
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use your customers' data for anything except providing Rebeckon to you.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. When a workspace is deleted, its contacts, events and emails are deleted with it. We keep a list of addresses that bounced or complained, and of global unsubscribes, so they are never emailed again.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your account data, and object to or restrict how it's used, by contacting hello@rebeckon.com. If you're a recipient of a business's emails, contact that business, or us and we'll pass your request on. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We'll update this page when things change, and tell account owners about important changes by email.
